Install crew did a great job installing my furnace...

Install crew did a great job installing my furnace last winter when our prior furnace blew up in the coldest part of the year. They priced us fairly and got into our house within days. Unfortunately, the salesman told me that the first year of service would be free. That was not true - I ended up having to pay for a service plan after the fact to get someone out to service my HVAC in the spring. On top of that the spring service technician knocked off my outdoor temperature sensor on my heat pump, and rather than just plugging it back into the circuit board, he wanted to set up and bill me for a repair. I fixed it myself in 30 second. I doubt the repair would have cost much, but it just felt dishonest. Between the incorrect information on the service cost and that experience, it will make me second guess advice given in the future.
