The service experience was excellent. A suggestion for improvement would be to expand and update your waiting area which is small and beginning to look dated. The coffee machines and water are great, but you also need something other than heart-unfriendly donuts if you are going to offer snacks. After all, you want your customers to live long, healthy lives so they can continue buying your cars and using your service department.

The one rough spot for my overall service experience was the cost for this particular simple service visit (oil change, tire & brake inspection, tire rotation). That cost seemed excessive for what was done, and there were no coupon options available. Tire companies offer interval inspection and rotation for free.

Despite the great service aspects above, the COST for this kind of (simple) service provides a strong incentive for me to go somewhere other than your dealership for minor service visits like this one and/or do parts of it myself. If these smaller routine interval service visits are not a large part of your revenue stream, then it may not matter to you. Otherwise you should think about addressing this issue.
