I would give them zero star, they don t care about customers they just care about money
Don t buy Lease Guard from Honda
Honda financial would charges you anyways even if you have purchased Lease Guard but the difference is you have wasted your money
Terrible customer service, specifically Andrea she acts just like a robot to take your money
