I can't help but write about what a wonderful experience we had with my daughter's surgery. It started with a friendly volunteer who gave her a coloring book. Then a registration clerk provided us with a smile and quick check-in. Even the surgery check-in clerk was welcoming and acknowledged our little girl making her feel at ease. We met many smiling faces from the anastegilogist (Jason), surgery nurse (Shelia) and of course our surgeon Dr. Goff. Everyone explained their part in the procedure, what to expect before and after, and made sure they answered all our questions. The service was top notch. The big star of the day was Carla, the surgery floor nurse, that really went above and beyond for my little girl. She spoke to her with such care and was so attentive to her needs before and after. She explained what would happen in words she could understand and was a continuous pleasure to interact with. I look forward to trusting Stillwater medical with my family's health in the future.
