In the past five years, I've purchased two mountain bikes from Sports Garage, and go there for all repairs and routine maintenance. My experiences have been uniformly positive. I had custom fits for both bikes, and they made a difference to the quality of my rides. The sales staff explain benefits of the products they offer, without applying pressure to buy particular brands or models. The mechanics are knowledgeable about all components, and how they interact with my riding style; when they fix something, it stays fixed. I am greeted by name every time I enter the shop. I give Sports Garage my unqualified recommendation.
