This rating is only for the service department, and really only for the intake personnel. I requested a diagnostic and was willing to pay their fee for it (~$150), I informed them that I had changed the spark plugs and ignition coil yet the car was still throwing a code. Instead of doing the real diagnostic work that would be involved, they called me and informed me because I didn't have OEM spark plugs and the OEM coil that they couldn't do the diagnostic. They offered to charge me $450 to install 1 OEM spark plug and coil to then do the diagnostic. I informed them that the code had been thrown initially with the OEM parts so that the aftermarket parts didn't make a difference. Still they refused to continue the diagnostic without going back to OEM parts. I retrieved my car, replaced with OEM spark plugs myself, and moved the aftermarket coil to a different cylinder; as expected the same code returned. I informed the service intake person of the events, and that I thought the problem was likely a fuel injector issue. The service person told me it would be at least $500 to look at that issue and probably $2000 to fix the problem. What happened to the $150 diagnostic fee I wondered. I left and had my problem fixed elsewhere. So the moral of this story is, unless you're getting a warranty service or recall service done, do not go here. They are in the business of maximizing profit, pure and simple, your car being fixed is definitely secondary to the money squeeze.
