I hate hate hate this fkn place! I brought my mom ...

I hate hate hate this fkn place! I brought my mom for her three month follow appointment,. The appt was for 10:40am and we re taken in to the exam room an hour later. If the appointment is at 10:40, shouldn t you be seen at 10:40??????? My elderly mother was saying that sometimes she has to wait up to two hours!!!! That s insane!! Horrible place! I will be calling Medicare and the BBB! This is wrong! I ll also be looking for another place to take her!
