So originally I was going to look at cars at another local Ford dealership. After having a terrible experience with their service department over a simple oil change I decided they would NOT be the dealership I would buy a car from. I found Capital Ford and browsed their inventory. I found the car that exceed our needs and with in our budget. I made an appointment to look at it and test drive it. We really liked it, very much. made everything so effortless he explained the entire process answered all our questions completely. When all was said and he went over all the options on the car showed us how everything worked. It really was a great experience, I highly recommend Capital Ford Raleigh!! Thank you Ken Ulrich!!
