Customer support is terrible and even if you ask there are several different excuses for why you cannot speak to a manager; out on the road, doing payroll, medical emergency handling of another staff member, in a meeting (the last three from the same representative, Christian, in ten minutes) or they will tell you they're "f'ing busy". They cannot or will not give enough information to be recognized if filing a complaint.
Julius and Chritian should find a position out of customer service. Julius couldn't find my package in the system after repeating it to him multiple times and input it on the keypad, was rude and spent the last 5 minutes of the call saying he cannot hear me; to the point I had to walk around outside, was rude throughout and had "better things to do".
Huge company flaw not to tie tracking numbers to door tags but instead having to back track from address and tag could be for any package.
