I currently live at Quail Ridge East Apts and have been for quite some time. And Quail Ridge's manager Larry does an excellent job at taking care of his residents, his staff are always busy and friendly, helping anyway they can.
The Wooten Co. does a superb job at making affordable housing available for anyone. The Wooten Co. ensures that its investments go towards amenities that actually benefit their residents.
There was a time that I briefly lived at Water Mill Park Apts, managed by the TLC properties, and I was completely dissatisfied with their apartment. They charge way too much, do not include the basic amenities, and the quality of the apartment is mediocre at best.
Life can be hectic sometimes, and having a good home makes it much easier to escape a crazy world. So why not give the Wooten Co. a chance to find you a great, affordable home.
