Unfortunately, my opinion of Enwork went down the drain after my first purchase. I'm in the office furniture industry and needed some under-mount data ports which Enwork supplies. I specifically stated that they needed to have both power and USB connections. They came with only power as seen on the left side of the image. Mind you, I paid $126 each for these ports and they wanted more money to include the USB insert which we were not aware of. We then asked them for a refund since it became way out of budget and we were out of time. They weren't even willing to offer us a re-stocking fee charge which we were prepared to pay. They said absolutely no returns on this item. We have since found a new resource for our data ports which is the image on the right. This data port, which includes a dual USB port, cost $36 and arrived in 3 days. It took the Enwork ports almost 9 weeks to arrive, as we ordered them on 4/3/19. Please Enwork, tell me how your data port is worth $90 more without the USB connection? Oh and by the way, the other port offers return options and a great warranty. Considering the high priced items that Enwork offers, I am very surprised they weren't willing to work with us on this. Especially since it was our first order with them.
