Very nice hotel, much better than how it is slotted by Caesars in its Brand hierarchy portfolio. However, like all Caesar's properties it is about the money, not about the customers, so if you want anything like 'hospitality' go elsewhere. This is an extraction plant for cash from tourists, high 'resort fee', low service, glitz is nice, but the people are there for themselves, not for you.
