I usually just give stars, but in this case, I felt I had to go verbal. I have never purchased a used car and if I had known that I would get the Hendrick Honda treatment, I'd have done it long ago.

I'm glad I didn't let the rain stop me that day. Michael greeted me warmly, asked what I wanted, and showed me what I had my eye on but let me decide without being pushy. He even dried off the car and brought it inside so I could make sure I saw what I was getting. My daughter shared in the experience also and had nothing but good things to say.

Everyone we talked to was nice. Thank you for renewing my pride in being a member of the Honda family.
