I agree completely with Doug Hawkins' review in its entirety. Additionally, when I brought my 11 y/o son here for a suspected ear infection which had him in tears from the pain, we spent a total of 7 HOURS here. Not for lack of effort on the front desk, triage, or nursing staff which is what brings this rating up 1 star. To make matters worse, the doctor just talked down to me as if the whole thing was somehow my fault. I think I might take my chances driving to Louisville in the event of a life threatening, time sensitive emergency.
