Unfortunately, I cannot give Champion a positive review. When a deal they put together fell through because of misinformation provided by the financing company (which was actually just the sales staff not paying attention to the fine print on the financing offer sheet) they asked me to split the blame and the financial responsibility with them. We made an agreement based on a deal that ultimately did not go through, but rather than serve the customer, they chose to serve themselves. If you have any reservations about the information being provided to you by Champion, do not trust them to have your best interests in mind. If you ask for clarification, be prepared to be passed around from person to person, each telling you the next contact will have the answers you need. Their "solution" for solving the issue will simply involve you paying more money out of pocket than originally agreed on, and them "taking a loss" on the vehicle sale by discounting the purchase price slightly, which is already artificially inflated in order to generate their "fare share" of hundreds of millions of dollars in profit for the parent company. Beware.

ETA: so apparently the 'Customer Service Manager' responded to this review, asking me to contact him. I did so. Not only have I not received a reply from him, but he removed his initial response to this post. That's quite the level of customer service there, Rick. I would expect nothing less from this team after my experience.

Again, anyone taking the time to read this: BEWARE. Your sales person might be nice and helpful, but if you encounter ANY questions or concerns during the financing / deal-making, proceed with caution. I hope your experience is not as bad as mine.
