Staffs were helpful, including doorman, reception, concierge and in-room dining. upscale service in a mid scale hotel. Only one flaw is that the air-con in my room (#1221) was too cold. Even I have tuned up the temperature to 30 degree, my room was still like winter. I have to wear more and have the blanket when I sleep at night.
