I ordered a home theater speaker kit. Private Sales (Veepee) divided my original order in half and delivered me only half. The second parcel was to be delivered by Relais Colis and was, according to the carrier, canceled by Veepee. I spent a week asking the customer service by all of the contact methods (email, phone, fax (which did not work)) what had happened. I just received the following message:
Dear X, We have the result of the inquiry opened on the parcel of your order X. Our carrier SOGEPECO informs me that your parcel is returned towards our warehouses. As stated in the general conditions of sale, we will not be able to offer you a new delivery with this carrier and I am sorry. As such, the amount of xxx euros, including shipping, has been committed today to the account associated with your credit card, within a period of 3 to 8 days for a debit card or within the usual time of your banking conditions (end of month if deferred debit).
I hope you will soon find new opportunities on our site and remain at your disposal if necessary. See you soon on Veepee.
And I have half a speaker kit that is useless. Private sale is crazy about its customers.
