James is a phenomenal salesman, very patient polite and professional. He helped us narrow down our options to two great cars.

HOWEVER, once it came down to making a decision we were disrespected beyond belief by Inett , the manager who handles finances.
The salesmen on the lot are not allowed to talk about money, so naturally I had a lot of questions about finances for Inett.

Inett disregarded all of our concerns and was blatantly rude to our faces. She refused to answer any questions about our trade in vehicle, APR, and downpayment options. She also refused to let us utilize our family discount, despite my family working 10+ years at the Ford engine plant.

Inett treated us like absolute dog sh*t, probably because I am young and of ethnic descent. She was very short and rude with us, and was also very condescending towards her employees.

I walked into the dealership fully ready to leave with a new car, but needless to say that did not happen. Despite being an avid fan of Ford I will never step foot in this dealership again.
