Overall very good experience.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Dinner at the restaurant inside was quite good. Excellent complimentary wifi. They give you complimentary water bottles every day (very useful! not many places do this). Big rooms and bathrooms with a fantastic shower.

Cons: Average breakfast. Location is bit away from the main areas in Venice but close to the bus and train stations (though for some, this might be a plus because it is quieter at night). The AC in the rooms aren't great if you like it cool (kept turning off and left the room hot at night).
