I totally understand COVID is playing a big issue ...

I totally understand COVID is playing a big issue on a lot of things right now. I received a email on my way to Tybee, stating they where looking forward to seeing us and this was the balance that would be taken out of my account when i check in. Nothing about they had made any changes to our stay due to COVID. When i got there they handed me a piece of paper stating due to COVID they would not be serving continental breakfast and they would not be cleaning our room daily, and for clean linen we could come and pickup at the front office. If i had been told all the way around before i got there - I think i could have handle better. And I could also have stopped and picked up some breakfast items. The room could have been cleaner all the way around. Blow dryer would only work if you held it in the plug. No alarm clock and you could not set the clock on the microwave. The parking was awful, sometimes you could not even find parking near your room. When i tried to talk to the lady about my issues and concerns at the front desk (blond with a hot pink mask on) - she just smiled and said I'm sorry. Can I help the next person. Just was not impressed at all and they did not seem to care.
