This is one of the worst rooms (room 58) we have ever had. It was at the very top 4th floor, and, as two 70 plus people, we were lucky to be in good enough shape to go up and down. The room had a bathroom without a door and that also was open through wall cutouts to the living area (no bathroom fan). Calls to the front desk were never answered. When we checked in, we had to chase someone down to get service. Service people were nice, but the place lacks competence. We actually pulled up and left without staying the second night. The restaurant was great. Better to stay next door at the Klimpton Topaz Hotel and go to the Tabard Inn restaurant.
