We've been leasing an office machine with Nauticon since November 2012 when we upgraded our Konica Minolta to a new Toshiba copier. The salesman was extremely helpful and worked out a fantastic deal for us which saved us money over our previous lease. Nauticon bought out our old lease, which still had a few months left on it, then stored the old copier for us and took care of returning the copier to the original lease company.

The installation team worked with my IT team to ensure that the system was properly installed on our network, and even worked with our software company to work out some kinks when we encountered an issue that caused some issues when printing jobs from our firm's software.

The service team is extremely responsive and can generally come out on a same day call if an issue arises. I do not fault Nauticon for issues with the machine, they don't build them after all. But I do praise them for being able to handle any repair or service job we've thrown at them in a timely manner.

Overall, I would recommend Nauticon to anyone in the market for a new copier.
