August 5 received service . August 8-12 service g...

August 5 received service . August 8-12 service goes out. Technician comes out, doesn t fix problem permanently. Two days later it goes back out. Another tech comes out. August 14 my bill comes for service I could not (and still cannot use). Another tech comes out but didn t have the tools . And it was my problem to reschedule. They tell me the issue is my wireless computer needs to be hardwired so I wouldn t have issues. Here we are 12 days into September and internet is not working AGAIN!! If the bill is owed you hear from them non-stop...not when you need your internet working, however.
