The owner and staff are extremely rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. After being a loyal customer of the store for years, I will not return after the way I was treated today. I called the owner in advance and asked if I could get store credit for a previous purchase that was unused in perfect condition, though I did not have the receipt. The owner told me to come to the store and agreed as long as the product was in good condition. The owner then agreed in person to allow a store credit exchange. She told me choose my new products. I spent time browsing and chose my new products to exchange. I was rushed out of the store by her employee while talking with a friend about their products, as he said that it s getting busy and I need to hurry up. I went to cash out even though I wasn t finished browsing because he rushed me. The owner then tells me she will not do the exchange anymore because I don t have the receipt, despite telling me multiple times that she would allow it prior (both over the phone and in person.) She told me that she was trying to be nice by allowing me to exchange it but that she won t do it anymore because I did not have the receipt. I asked her why she wouldn t tell me that over the phone or at the beginning of the transaction as she had just changed her mind. I feel like as the owner, you should follow through with what you re saying you re going to do. Her employee then rudely interrupted and told me that she doesn t know any place that allows for store credit without a receipt and I need to deal with it. I was in shock at how unprofessional the staff was, especially since I have been a loyal customer for years. All three staff members were extremely rude and inconsiderate today. I was very respectful throughout this exchange. The customer cashing out beside me stopped me to tell me that she was also in shock by how I was treated and that she won t be back because of it. I called after to get the employees names and the owner denied. This place is slowly falling apart in the new owners hands and it s a shame. Will never return after this and I will be letting everyone in the spiritual
