Was very disappointed. They ask that you come to the facility to apply. I took the time off work to do so with great enthusiasm knowing that when a company wishes you to apply on-site you actually get to talk with someone, (negotiate). Not here. I wasted over two hours of my time. Not sure what they're looking for, but I found their hospitality very rude. After taking the time to fill out the application and take their math test, I wasn't even granted a face to face of why I was not chosen as a candidate. I handed in my paperwork to the secretary. She told me she was going to give it to the HR manager. I sat back down knowing I had a great chance. Ten minutes later the phone rang, my hopes were up. The secretary looked up over her desk top and told me, "the HR manager is not available right now. When she gets a chance to look at your application she'll call you if your a candidate". ??? Seriously! The only two things I can think of that would have stop me from becoming a candidate would be, salary and my age. I'm leaning toward age discrimination myself. Everything else on my application had explanations or could have been negotiated. Just thought I would share this with those of you that don't have time to waste. Good Luck.
