I had a bad experience with one of the sales associates there. Loan was approve for one of their vehicles on their lot. I told them I didn't want the interior, paint, wheel, tire and extended warranty packages then car was sold that same day even though the car been on their lot for over 30 days all of sudden it was sold to another person (no big deal) The sales associate told me just to pick another car. So I call and left a voice message saying I have not found anther car yet how long the approval good for. So 3 to 4 days later get a call back for the same guy I have been dealing with saying if I was still interested in buying when I proceed to say no he hung up before I can say anything else. which I thought was very unprofessional. But i guess thats what happen when all you care about is sales and not your customer service skill. So I went to Vroom. I'm not saying stay away from this place because they have very good prices but the sales associate that I had did a poor job of communication
