We've been really happy with Kodiak and this is our third year. We'll be using them again next year. They always do a good job of cleaning the entire driveway edge to edge, and they come by frequently, usually doing multiple passes.
On the odd occasion over the past three years I've had to submit a ticket for something, and the staff and drivers have always been very responsive and dealt with the issue immediately.
What I think I appreciate most is that the drivers seem to be really aware and conscious of their surroundings when working, giving lots of room and time to let cars and people pass. With two very young kids, that's really important to me.
