I was renting a house through this House Smart and very disorganised in many areas and being 21 st century they are not there yet, as for payments they dont take cash, i cant deposit direct into theirs only direct debit and i had to make money order for last 12 months at $ 9.90 per month, i go to pay rent and theres kid behind counter every now and then that could not spell the street that we are living at pure joke, also when rent is due they flood my phone with msgs but getting their things ready for bond release i had to go there back few times and noone knows weres things up to. Why paper work wasnt ready for bond release on the date i left the premises how hard is that? Like the rule with house keys i had to drop them off on certain date and time otherwise rent applies, i excpect in return everything to be same. They are few great people in there no question about that but this are the areas that im not happy at all.
