New membrane and housing shipped fast, but that's where the good stops.
I added a membrane to my system to increase production. Within 3 months the new membrane was clogged to less than 1/3 gal minute. My existing membrane (had for 1 year) is still flowing over 1.5gpm.
So I called and asked the warranty. And I was told I would receive a email because they would have to "test" it to warranty it.
Haven't received any email or follow up!
