I would give zero stars if I could. Not only did they fail to do their job, they also damaged my computer.

When replacing my system board, they failed to use a recovery disk, which, as confirmed by Lenovo, they should have known to do. At least this can be fixed however.

There were several scratches on my laptop at pickup, some of which were very deep. When I asked about it, I was met with a series of nonsensical and even contradictory responses. Their first response was to say that the scratches are small. They then said that there's no proof these scratches weren't already there. Then here's the kicker: they then backtracked and said that if this (scratching) was a "sensitivity", I should have told them before -- as if wanting them to not scratch my laptop is a special request! When I responded with that, I was only met with further nonsense, including being asked, "what about those fingerprints you're making now?" I'd have thought it was common sense that fingerprints are not even remotely comparable to indented scratches. I'm completely stunned by their carelessness and disregard. I can't even comprehend what happened here.
