With the whole COVID-19 situation I've really been struggling to find a specific part I needed for my bike. After extensive research I found that Harley-Davidson of Dallas was one of the only places in the country that had the part in stock. I called them up to see what it would cost to ship it halfway across the country to me, If they were even willing to do that. The customer service was great from start to finish! Steve from the parts department was knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and quick to respond to all my inquiries. The dealer was even willing to work with me to help offset some of the cost since I needed them to ship so far! Thanks a lot guys, I'm definitely going to keep you mind next time I need something!!!
