We want to extend our appreciation to all the service staff of the hotel for their professionalism and excellent service rendered to us during our stay from 2 to 5 Sept especially Mr Jackel Yip, Asst Front Office Manager. He has been very helpful in all ways and have made our stay in the hotel a very pleasant experience.
