I have been EXTREMELY pleased with the service I have received recently at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston....in particular my service advisor James Gibbons has been outstanding. I've owned various makes and models of european cars over the past 30 years and I can confidently say James is the best service advisor I've ever worked with. Most advisors are pleasant order takers at best and paper pushers at worst...not James. He understands his cars (not an easy task with ever changing models and accessories) and is always professional and helpful. It's been a pleasure working with him.
