Brought my M3 to this Dealer for Takata airbag rec...

Brought my M3 to this Dealer for Takata airbag recall and valve adjustment. Scheduled online though their proprietary scheduler and checked "Need a Loaner" during the service. Confirmed via telephone two weeks prior to appointment.

Arrived at dealership, was denied a rental/loaner, since I did not have sufficient prior contact with the dealership. Even though their system offered this option and the telephone operator confirmed.
