I am on week 6 of Dave McMahon s novice dog traini...

I am on week 6 of Dave McMahon s novice dog training program and I must say I am extremely impressed.

The first day I came to the class and felt a little bit overwhelmed. My dog Milo is just a puppy and he had no training what-so-ever, so I was worried that he was going to go crazy with all of the other dogs in the class. I saw the previous class exit the facilities with their dogs, and they were coming out of there like pros. Let me tell you, even though it can be overwhelming, it is absolutely 100% worth the money.

To be straight forward, this program is hard, time consuming, and pointless if you re not a person who is willing to put in the work to train your dog. There are specific guidelines, and training tools that must be used especially if recommended by one of the trainers in the class. You have to be willing to put aside your beliefs and preferences and take the advice given to you. But let me tell you, it works. My trainer recommended a prong collar in week 4, and by week 6 my 16 week old puppy walks almost perfectly on a leash without pulling or getting distracted by toys. He can sit, stay, and release on command. He is doing so well, and I cannot wait to see what else they teach. I will absolutely be continuing with the next course when Milo and I are finished this one.

If you have come to the reviews because you re skeptics and want to find out if it s worth paying money to take this course... yes yes yes!!!!! Remember, they are not training your dog. They are training you!
