The entrance costs 8 but it is well worth it.

They offer audio guides in Italian and English but they have very few and when we went we could not have one, which is a task. Still there are quite explanatory posters all over the place.

An essential in Florence to know the architecture and arts of the Renaissance. In addition it is usually much more empty than the rest of the churches and tourist attractions of the city.
