Will not be staying here again. Stayed at the hotel on business and did not book this hotel myself - booked by my employer and I ve informed them of my experience. I ve gotten terrible sleep the entire 4 nights I ve been here because my room is placed ABOVE their bar and they have PAPER THIN FLOORS/WALLS. The bar is open until midnight, which is typically when I ve been able to fall asleep. I asked if they could have the guests in the bar please be quieter and I was told it was out of the front desk s wheelhouse and that quiet hours begin at 10pm. They offered to give me a $50 credit, waive resort and parking fees, or bring a drink up to my room.... what good will those do for me? I want to go to sleep and get a goodnight s rest. Not listen to drunken guests at the hotel bar nor listen to the music the hotel has been blasting in the lobby. I m only giving this hotel two stars because the staff and room service have been good. I would not suggest this hotel though to any of my friends. Also, with how much they are charging, the room should have been a lot nicer.
