I had a great purchasing experience with BMW Toronto, specifically my CA, Samir Umer, who made sure I got the best possible deal on the new 3-series. My car spent a considerable time sitting at port for additional inspection but Samir did his best to get the car to the dealership as soon as possible and kept me informed about the status along the way. Samir and the business manager Scott were also very helpful in getting me a great deal on the PPF and car coating with BMW Toronto but I ultimately decided to get this done from my own detailer.

The one thing I was upset about though was that when I was taking delivery I noticed that the car was badly scratched up all over. The condition of the clear coat was totally unacceptable and I am not yet sure if this was investigated further by BMW Toronto or BMW Canada. Nevertheless, I believe this was out of BMW Toronto's control hence a 5 star review for them, BMW Canada and its logistics is another matter.
