Let me preface this review with a shoutout to our absolute favorite restaurant Tavernetta , which is also their sister restaurant, in Denver.
Although the food at Frasca was good I would not call it exceptional. Maybe if the price wasn t $150 per person I would rate it differently.
We had heard so many wonderful things about frasca and it did not meet the hype in our opinion. Flavors were interesting but not exceptional. The staff on the other hand was outstanding. They were top notch professionals.
Boulder has so many wonderful restaurants that I don t think one needs to pay over $700 for a nice dinner out for 4 people.
