Each time I come in everything runs so smoothly from the moment I pull my car in to when I drive out. It s obvious that customer service is your top priority. I was so surprised that no problems or suggested maintenance work was given this time around. Typically I get a huge list of items that need attention and are quite costly, so I was expecting the same this time around. Although I was so grateful that nothing was brought up, it makes me sort of wonder how trustworthy the technicians are in their assessments and recommendations. To go from a laundry list of items to nothing 3 months later was so unexpected and I can t help but wonder if it was a reprieve as I have already spent a great of money at Honda. I do appreciate your help and have always had a positive experience with Honda Frisco.
