I gave Kenan Pyeatt, GM, a list of absurdly difficult requirements for an automobile for our family. I was pretty certain he would never find what my husband and I wanted, especially at the price we were willing pay. However, when the used minivan showed up on his lot, he knew it was a perfect match for our family and contacted us promptly. When I inquired further about other vehicles on the lot, the salesman (Chris Ashley) answered my questions, but never attempted to talk me into a vehicle with a price I would regret paying. This was our first experience with a dealership, and it was extremely impressive. No pressure, everyone took their time with us and was incredibly patient, and they made every effort to make sure we left the lot with a vehicle and a deal that would please us.
