- Wichiger tip: If you have a fear of death / life-threatening event -> call ambulance, even if it takes longer and costs - afterwards you are happy about it and are treated faster

- One of the caretakers in the 7th floor (M.K.) very, very, very accommodating (respect!) - More staff mostly friendly with small exceptions - people stop.

- Doctors generally friendly and helpful

- Had to wait about 50h on my emergency surgery and fasting almost nonstop (goes into the money), as more serious emergencies came in - uncomfortable - could be optimized with more operating rooms / doctors - but also understandable because I'm not necessarily dying was.

- Food quite tasty (but note what you ordered to correct possibly wrong delivered - you pay for it) - a little more sauce to the main courses would not be bad (after all, for pasta ..?)

- Suggestion: Some basic rules should be introduced for the dorm rooms - eg. Sleep from 22/23 o'clock incl. Headphones Duty - common sense and consideration you can not expect from everyone (especially difficult with certain older Swiss, as I had to learn repeatedly)

- In case of doubt, if you insist on staying 1-2 days longer to completely recover - you may be forced to "walk" due to low profitability when lying down and recovering. Question such decisions and listen to their inner feelings.

- The lady who takes health insurance details on the PC in an emergency (back room) is a terrible, unfriendly and soulless person. After all, you do not have to endure it for long.

CONCLUSION: I am cured, was okay with ups and downs. Hospital stays are not a holiday!
