My family had an awesome stay at this hotel. The access to the beach is an added value but it s the service that made us love the hotel even more . Hassle free from check in til check out. I love the cookies . Kudos to the Arshad , norena and to the housekeeping staff. They are such gems to the company. It is not just the facilities that make up a good hotel, it is the quality of the staff. Hawthorn is so lucky to have them.
