Utter disappointment!

Unfortunately, for me and my family this hotel will always be associated with a bad service. Some time ago we ordered 3 birthday giftcards on message in this hotel. So we came to the hotel 1 week in advance and purchased three giftcards which included massages and spa. The receptionist named Frederik Gabriel said that everything was arranged and 3 masseurs were booked on a specific day and specific time. But one week later when the happy giftcard holders came to enjoy there massage and a day in SPA, the receptionist said that they're no masseurs. Apparentely, noone booked anything. So it turned up that we ordered and paid for massages but the staff did not order the people who make massages... So the birthday people had to just go away with nothing.
The saddest thing is that the staff didn't even try to improve the situation with a small compliment.

Very poor service.
