I had a Laminectomy earlier this year. I had to spend the night due to an accidental tear of the Dura. I got to the room around 6 PM but was unable to fall asleep until around 6 AM. This was due to a faulty Vital Sign Monitor that keep sounding an alarm every time I fell asleep. Their remedy was to disconnect the sensor that was sounding the alarm. Alarms were only going off in my room and NOT at the nurses station. Luckily, I did not have any major complications as there was NO integration between the faulty monitor and the nurses station. Very disappointed in their lack of experience and no accountability resulting in a VERY unpleasant experience at Rose.
