My husband bought a Nordic Trac X22I. Hadn t had it 90 days and the fans would not cut off. Now the treadmill stops mid workout for no reason,. Fans have now been on back order for over a month . Left messages with customer service Supervisor Vickie L. numerous times along with numerous emails with no response.When I call back I am on hold for 45-60 minutes and nobody answers. I just want the treadmill fixed or replaced. I paid 3k for it and can t use it. Very disappointed customer.....
