When I moved out of my apartment it was cleaner than when I arrived and I requested to be there when they walked through and never told me they then proceeded to charge a $400 cleaning fee with an additional $200 labor fee and another $200 fee for maintenance parts and let me remind you there was nothing broken in the house what this company did to me was border line criminal. What ever you do do not rent from this company.
