Incredibly disappointing with this company. I work there from 2014-2017, felt a great sense of loyalty to them, even after I was offered higher income at other agencies, I stayed loyal to them. I leave after they gave me false information and told me no travel was allowed. After working for another company for the past two years, Mga would tell me to my face how I was welcome back anytime. They sent out a recruiter, told me they would hire me back, they offered me .50 cents less per hour, cause that s how they valued my loyalty. Then 6 weeks after our meeting, I m still waiting to work, with they stroke of their pen they have it in their power to allow me to work, but again their sense of loyalty is skewed. The favoritisms varies when it comes to what they can get from you, they pay higher rates to new comers, and lack to reward those who helped built their brand. Very disappointed in this agency.
