Terrible Developer! They have let the facilities here in Terra Largo in Lakeland fall into disrepair. I'm not sure they are paying their fair to the HOA. They have let the lake maintenance lapse and now they are in a hurry to let the people take over the HOA and foot the bill for cleanup. They also turned the club into a for-profit and are now raking in cash. STAY AWAY from Kolter!
