The Arch is magnificent up close!!! Parking is a little tricky but easy once you find it. Once you're in the main lobby make sure to go through security and downstairs to visit the museum, cafe and gift shop, its all FREE!!!! The park that surrounds the Arch has been updated last year and is really pretty. There are a lot of shaded grassy areas to sit and paved trails to walk or ride the rental scooters that are readily available. You can buy tickets to ride to the top of the Arch there or online. The lines to go up do grow the later in the day it gets. The park sits along the Mississippi River. Have fun!
